How to reset your password

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it through the app to access your Equilab account again. To do so, take the following steps:

1. Log out of Equilab (if you have not done so already)
   
   
2. Navigate to the Login page
   
   
3. Enter email address that is linked to your Equilab account
   
   
4. Tap the Forgot your password? button
   
   
5. Use the link in the email you receive to set a new password

Facebook Login

If you signed up via Facebook, you will need to enter the email address that is listed as the primary on your Facebook account. After submitting your email address, you will receive an email with instructions and a link to a page where you will be asked to enter a new password. After you have reset the password, you will then be able to access your account by logging in with your email address and newly set password (in addition to Facebook). 

Did not receive an reset password email?

Often times, password reset emails can get filtered out by your email system - so please be sure to check your Spam (or similar) folder for your email account. You may need to resend the reset email, as they are only valid for a certain period of time.
