Purchases within the Equilab App
When you purchase a Premium subscription within the Equilab app, the payments and recurring billing are managed by the Apple App Store (for iOS) or by the Google Play Store (for Android). As a result, if you need to request a refund for a payment made for an in-app subscription, you'll need to contact the App Store or Google Play store for assistance.
Payments
All subscriptions are autorenewing and are charged within 24 hours of the end of the preceeding subscription period. Such period may be a 7-day free trial, or the last month, 6-month, or year long period that you pay for. To avoid being charged, please be sure to cancel your subscription at least one day ahead of your Premium expiration.
Update Billing information
To change your payment method and/or billing information for any purchases made through the App or Play Store, you can find guides at these links for the App Store and Play Store.
Online purchases (via Equilab's website)
If you subscribed via Equilab's website (at https://equilab.horse/billing), your payments will be processed by Paddle, an online payment processor that we have partnered with. To update your payment method for an Equilab Premium subscription through Paddle, click the link to update your billing settings in the confirmation email you received when you first subscribed.
