Equilab Premium offers users access to many valuable features beyond what is included in the free version of the app. Since Equilab sometimes runs promotions for purchasing Equilab Premium, there are some important aspects to mention about redeeming discounts for current Premium users:
Subscriptions via App Store/Google Play
For users who already subscribed through the Equilab app, redeeming a discount through the App Store or Google Play Store is unfortunately not possible. These platforms only support the ability for new, first-time subscribers to have discounts on our Premium plans.
Note: You are welcome to cancel your subscription through these platforms and start a new subscription on Equilab’s website using the discount code. However, any remaining paid period for the prior subscription will not be refunded, so please make sure you evaluate whether it makes financial sense for you to do so.
Subscriptions via Equilab’s website
For users who subscribed online through Equilab’s website, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription and start a new one at any time. This is especially useful if you have a discount code that you'd like to apply.
However, it's important to note that when you resubscribe, you won't be refunded for any unused days from your previous subscription. Please make sure to calculate whether canceling and resubscribing makes sense for you, as any remaining unused subscription duration will not be refunded.
You can check to see if you have subscribed online by:
Checking your email for a receipt from Paddle, our online payment processor
Emailing our support team - we will happily confirm it with you
Note that when subscribing online, you will not see the subscription details in your Apple App Store / Google Play Store account, because the subscription is not through their platform. You can manage your subscription via the links in the confirmation email sent to you.
