Equilab is available in almost every country for download through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
If you can't find the app there when searching for "Equilab", the most common reason is that your device is not supported.
We do not support devices that do not have sufficient hardware (or software) to run Equilab, which results in significant problems tracking rides. These include some Hauwei and Oppo models.
Another reason may be that your operating system (OS) on your device is too old to support Equilab. We generally aim to support the last 2-4 operating systems on both iOS and Android devices.
